September Chixz x Euphoria Market

What started as a casual hobby for Katie and Summer in 2021 has blossomed into September Chixz, a vintage women’s clothing brand specializing in early 2000s and Y2K-inspired pieces. Selling through Depop, Instagram, and local vintage markets, the duo has built a business rooted in sustainability, personal style, and a deep love for secondhand fashion.

The brand’s origin story is simple: Katie was already selling her thrifted clothes on Depop but needed Summer to help ship out an order one day. “I thought it was so cool that Katie was giving her clothes a new life,” Summer recalls. “So I threw it out there—what if we did this together?” That casual suggestion turned into a full-fledged business that now captures the energy and aesthetic of early 2000s fashion.

What sets September Chixz apart is their natural approach to curating. Their sourcing process is instinctive, built around what they personally love and what they believe deserves a second life. “We didn’t think about the business side of it at first,” Summer admits. “We just did what felt right — thrifting, taking pictures, and uploading them to Depop.” Over time, their instincts sharpened, allowing them to carve out a recognizable brand identity.

Their biggest piece of advice for aspiring entrepreneurs? Stay true to yourself. “Don’t let anyone tell you you’re doing too much or that you should do it like them,” Katie says. “If it doesn’t align with your values, don’t force it.”

With two years of market experience and a clear mission of sustainability, September Chixz is proving that sometimes the best business decisions come from trusting your gut — and giving old clothes a fresh start.
