The Only Remedy

For Jordan Rufus, health isn’t just a business — it’s a way of life. Growing up in Brooklyn with a mother who worked as a nurse, natural remedies were a household staple. “I can count on one hand how many times I’ve taken Tylenol,” he says. Instead, his childhood was filled with black seed oil, ginger, and cod liver oil — ingredients that would later shape his journey as an entrepreneur.

Jordan’s brand, The Only Remedy, isn’t just about selling juice; it’s about shifting perceptions of health. The idea came to him during a trip to Jamaica when a local woman told him that his purpose was something he was already doing. That realization sparked a mission to create a business that blends his passion for wellness with his creativity.

Beyond being a juice entrepreneur, Jordan is an athlete. Training for a half-marathon and competing in calisthenics made him realize how crucial proper hydration and anti-inflammatory ingredients are. He started crafting juices that not only taste good but also fuel the body for endurance and recovery. “After a long workout, I drink a Reset or Heartbeet, and I get that second wind,” he explains.

Jordan’s vision extends far beyond juice sales. He’s developing e-books, launching forums, and working to educate communities — especially the younger generation — on what real health looks like. “Health issues start with misinformation,” he says. “I want to change that.”

For now, The Only Remedy is growing through Instagram sales, but Jordan’s goal is clear: to impact as many lives as possible. With his drive, it’s only a matter of time before his remedy reaches the world.
